Watch out for that Sneaky Feral Spirit

Life monsters aren't really top of my list because they always seem like goody goody two shoes, but one cat(literally) in the mix that has the badass vibe about it is this Feral Spirit endlessly roaming in between dimensions of Khymeria.

In this battle, I employed my roaming spirit to decimate my largely hopeless opponent. These are the kind of battles I want to continue fighting on Splinterlands, until I'm tough enough to take on people like @joshman.

The Battle

The Summoner

This granny is my most advanced Life summmoner, and so she always finds her way into my team. The alternative rare summoner I could use is that smug looking shield boosting wizard but I'd rather go with her.

She's a level 5 and boosts health. Other than health, she also ensures that my cards in battle are at their best level.

The Tank

When in doubt, use Lord Arianthus as your tank. My target is to get him to level 3, where thorns will also do some damage on Melee monsters. I pick Lord Arianthus because it has shield ability and also reflects magic ontop of its void ability. It is still one of the best tanks around.

The magic

Due to the low mana rules for this battle, I decided to go with this sorceress. She doesn't take damage in the first attack and then also offers considerable magic damage based on her tiny mana cost.

Magic Birdie

Another low mana epic monster that I add into the team, we have this winged magic user that adds extra bite to my attack. I put it in this position because I figured it will eventually be a tank and has higher chance of dodging attack since it flies.

Sneaky Spirit

The star of the occasion, we have the Sneaky feral spirit. This monster is yet another low mana costing monster that I added because it is very effective. It does considerable damage to the rearguard, and is very fast too.

I put it in this position because, first of all, I wanted it to last longer in battle, in the event of an opportunity monster. However, I also did't put it at the back because of the potential of a Sneaky monster.

The Parasite

The penultimate card on my list is this scavenging parasite. I generally like having a monster with scavenging ability on my team because they sort of help you out when in bad situations. Luckily, I didn't have to depend on it and things went easily.

the Sacrifice

FInally, we have the sacrificial card and the ever reliable furious chicken. Most times, this card is just food for my scavenger or just a way to take one free hit of sorts from my opponent.

It worked out

It was a simple and straight forward battle that was made easier due to the fact that my opponent didn't featured only one monster with rear guard damage and it was eliminated on time. Other attacks directed at Lord Arianthus were either ineffective, reflected or both.
