It sure is! I bought two cards today for $24. I was so surprised to see it was only 1300-ish DEC. That's crazy. It's supposed to be around $1.

you dont have to stake DEC....according to your balance you will be credited points
these points will give you the amount of SPS you are eligible for...
evERY DEC you hold is equal to 1 point....so if you have 314 DEC in your account it means you have just from the dec 314 points......
