As the best players in each league now win prizes, they would rather stay in the lower leagues than compete in the higher leagues.

I am fine with that, this is only bad when I'm doing a quest and I have to play a lot of games to complete.. Sometimes I lose 10 games in a row and sometimes I win 10 games in a row too .

Because each league has rank and now have an option to stay in the lower leagues instead of going up.
