Actifit and Splinterlands, A Winning Combination - August 2 2021
After work, I went on a whirlwind shopping trip with my wife. We visited all the most popular shopping sites looking for ... well, to be honest I don't know what we were looking for. But apparently we didn't find it.
Eventually, we made our way back home where Brownie was waiting to take me for a walk. After Brownie was satisfied, I spent some time on the treadmill playing Splinterlands.
Here is my favorite match of the day.

I chose this as my favorite battle of the day for the simple reason that I defeated a team led by the summoner Yodin Zaku, who is, in my opinion, the most OP summoner in Splinterlands. I've said many times that this card is in serious need of nerfing. Because of that, every victory over Zaku is a moment to cherish. True they are few and far between, but that makes them all the sweeter.
I give a lot of the credit for may victory to The Spirit of the Forest.
Her healing and protect abilities kept my front line monsters in the battle against the devastating onslaught of Zaku's overpowered archers while she also harried them and kept them ducking for cover. A joy to behold!
