Bu raporda uygulamayla birlikte günlük aktivitelerimi hafta içi günleri nasıl yaptığımı açıklayacağım.

  • İlk şart güneş doğumuna yakın uyanmak. Bunun ve uykunuzu tam almamız için erken yatmak önemli.

  • Sonra evden dışarı çıkmadan antrenman öncesi açma germe esneme hareketleri yapılmalıdır. Bu da uyandıktan sonra kendimize gelmemizi sağlar.

  • Simdi yürümeye ardından spor sahasında koşmaya başlayabiliriz.


-Sabah 06:30 - 08:30 arası yaklaşık 5k aktivite yapıyorum.
-Geri kalanı iş yerinde ve iş sonrası tamamlıyorum.
