LEAVING HIVE FOR BLURT BECAUSE OF DEVELOPER'S GREEDY REWARD SYSTEM. . .

  1. The reward system is only valuable if you put loads of hive in, which itself is disheartening. DON'T WE ALREADY LIVE IN AN UNFAIR WORLD? The rich owning some 99% of the world's wealth just doesn't settle well. Here you are almost expected to have to chip in a huge chunk to get noticed or payed out for your work. Makes me sick. . .

  2. Other than on hive, I can't find one video on YOUTUBE OR GOOGLE SEARCH (has videos for everything!!!) that has anything worth while that explains how to be successful on hive blog or how the system even works. It would seem no one really knows how the algorithm works. OTHER THAN, "BUY LOTS OF TOKEN + BEFRIEND POPULAR PEOPLE = MONEY"

  3. Piggy backing on number 2. IF your answer is I need to BEFRIEND whales or popular trending accounts to do what i would call COLLUDING! I don't think I should have to lick some other bloggers toes or force myself to become friends with them. Other than that people who are pool posting and reposting the system for rewards are an issue in itself. . . a whole separate topic could be made about this leech on this system's back.

  4. HIVE AUTOMATICALLY selects TRENDING searches as your default setting which makes new posters content completely hidden from view. All trending content probably receives almost 85% or more of the attention and rewards. YOU COULD AT LEAST MIX SOME NEW WITH THE TRENDING ON THERE AND OFFER FILTERS. . . You guys once again are killing the little guy and possibly returning investors, customers, and users. THIS WILL DAMAGE YOUR REPUTATION!

  5. IF YOU CAN'T DO IT RIGHT. . . SOMEONE WILL DO IT BETTER OR FAIRER.

DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THIS WAY?!?!

You're not alone, my friend. A couple of people milking the system and they're not interested in change. They keep telling us that they improving the background but they'll lose the first-mover advantage and miss the train.

I saw the statistics from @leofinance and I have to congratulate you and thank you for doing a great job curating and spreading the stake around as much as possible. I think you had the best vote distribution among all curators. Thank you for that :-)

I have been very much surprised by what BLURT has managed. There is a lot HIVE can learn from BLURT, LeoFinance and DBuzz. I have been writing some analysis on this.

I somewhat also agree with what you're saying... We all have these thoughts from time to time, but there are also a lot of us actively working to change this.

Just look at the LeoFinance team.

I'd also question what moving to Blurt will change...

Why not learn the answers to all of your questions, create content that answers them and try to help change the culture here instead?

Once I read the creator or one of the creators still works for hive I knew it probably had the same lame structure and I was right. . . 2 pages to click HOT TRENDING then NEW. Can't win :( back to youtube and theta I guess.

I just want a place with fair blogging space that pays a little, but is fair. Half these people posting pictures TRAVELING AROUND THE WORLD could very well be people posting others pictures. Get these crazy followings, vote each other in vote rings. Probably just kids in Nigeria living like kings. . .
