이 기구는 오랜만에 써봤다. 이거 또한 허리와 하체에 도움되는 기구. 몇분 타보니 허리 쪽에서 뚜둑 거리는 느낌이 있었다. 허리 쪽이 숙어 있었다는 뜻인 듯. 조금씩 계속해서 운동을 한다는 건 좋은 신호. 멈추지 말고 꾸준히 하자.

위 카드는 상대편이 탱크 힐링을 쓴다고 예강할 때 맞댜응으로 가끔 내는 카드. 레벨 8이 돼야 포이즌도 갖춰서 더 강력해진다. 지금은 레벨 5로 올렸고, 언제 8까지 올리나... 일단 일퀘 꾸준하 하는 걸로...
