'The War Chaang Song' - New Original Music, Inspired by Splinterlands! Learning More About Logic w/ Random Musical Creations! Orchestral/Instrumental + Walkthrough!

Here's another random creation,

in my continued effort to learn more about Logic. I went exploring through the instrument library, and found some really great stuff in the 'World' music section, including the Chinese Dizi flute, and a choral section with some great additional articulations, which really help with the realism. I also continued playing around with string articulations here. There are DEFINITELY some rough patches, where the vocal lines don't line up with the beat, or where things feel a bit muddied; although I do want to eventually revisit this and make it something more complete, I'm sharing it more just to document my process, and let you hear some of the incredible sounds built into Logic's library.

There are two basic sections,

which viewed in Track 1 (in the above screenshot) are Green/Yellow, which we'll call A, and Purple, the B part. In the A Part (Green), we begin on an Eminor, down to Cmajor, then a C#minor, back to Cmajor, before repeating. The B Part (Purple) changes things up a bit, beginning on Aminor, to Gmajor, to Amajor, and finally, B7, taking us back to the A section. Track 1 is the vocals, which timbre-wise are amazing, but need some fine tuning to get the accented articulations on beat. Track 2 is our harp, which outlines the main chords in the A part. Tracks 3 and 4 are the strings, with 3 providing the low end, and Track 4 some higher end stuff/melody lines. Track 5 is the Chinese Dizi Flute, my favorite part of the track. The ornamental articulation options make it sound SO awesome! Finally, we have Track 6, which provides some percussion. These got a bit drowned out, so I definitely need to go back and mix this all better.
