I mention these 4 front ends, each with their own peculiarities and tokens, because they are currently the most used in blockchaim steem.

So guys, I come to a subject I've heard on more than one discord channel that brings many questions to people about tokens, or tribes in general. I wish what I will write can help you in your decisions.

Multiple Tokens or Focus Tokens?? YOU CHOOSE!!!!

From what I can see, there are two main types of thinking about tokens.

1- Store as many tokens as possible with all the various subjects that are contained within them.

2-Focus on tokens that the person has knowledge, or rather to store the tokens that the person "experiences".

In both cases cited, there are advantages and disadvantages. I will quote what I see in them:

1- For the store of all tokens, I imagine the thought is related to receiving as many upvotes as possible on all front ends and upvoting others and yourself.

The advantage here is that one can actually receive tokens from all tribes with this strategy. The disadvantage is that it will tend to receive fewer tokens from each tribe, as its steem will be dispersed among all existing tokens. In addition, the work she will have to produce content for all the affairs of the various tribes will be far greater. With more work, it may happen that your writing is not as proficient as it would be if it was focused on a few or even an exclusive subject.

Of course someone can buy tokens and accumulate them just to give upvotes, but even so, the work to find all the subjects available between the various front ends will be immense, in my opinion.

2-Focusing on the tokens in which you have the most knowledge and accumulating only them.

If this happens, she will have the advantage of getting more of these tokens, because she can write better about her favorite subjects and not be exhausted. In addition, as you will have more tokens accumulated, you can both give good upvotes to others and upvote to your own content, attracting more votes from others with good interaction and greater token gain by voting for your own content.

As a disadvantage, I mention precisely the fact that it has no other tokens. If you give her an insight into her head and she wants to write about an excellent subject, as she is not within that front end, living with and interacting with the people there, she will tend to receive fewer upvotes and fewer tokens on that subject, as a consequence. In addition, your own upvote will be null.

Another disadvantage is that if one of these tribes creates a project that highlights it and makes it grow, those who do not have their token may lose some appreciation that will occur in the steem-engine.

I, after reflecting on this, i made my choice! I imagine every choice here is personal because, as that Iron Maiden song called "Different World" says, each person has a different way of seeing the world !! Then each will choose according to their preferences.
