If there are newbies like me running low on RC, you can get a 7 day delegation of about 30 SP from giftgiver.me. At the time of your request, make sure your RC is already low (the delegation is instant) because they do have a hidden threshold you need to be under. Also you can get a new delegation from them as long as it's been 3 days since their last one expired.

The service has helped me out a few times since I play Splinterlands a lot with my RC :)
