UPDATE ON REWARDS

Every couple of days i process rewards... today was a pretty large one.

• We have hundreds of users on a daily basis to https://peakmonsters.com ... and things have been picking up. Not just rentals but purchases and bids as well.
• We gift a portion of our profit back to the users. "Profit sharing" (a way to say thanks)
• A few months ago we started to just process the gifts when they hit 1steem/sbd
  But keep in mind we still very much keep track of all your profit... we just don't do the blockchain transaction until you hit 1 steem/sbd
• Recently we made the decision that EVERYONE would be considered level 1 and renamed it to "Sleeping Giant" and that means EVERYEONE would have access to "Battlechain" and BIDS.

There is some discussion about moving away from the 90 day volume which we extended from 60 to 90 when steem went under a dollar. There are some options to move it to a longer period or move around the scale and change to a lifetime. Most markets do 30 days however we don't see a lot of typical trader action with buy/sell operators and the volume isn't like many typical markets. (aka volume is usually $1-3k a day which obviously isn't very high compared to most markets). So the rolling volume, or shorter period rolling volume may not make as much sense now.

GUILD UPDATE

• 3 of our 4 guilds are full... we are looking at where to upgrade next.
• Our champs guild is growing and still has some spots.

1. Add another spot in both our ALL guilds?
2. Create a mid-level "Diamond" guild and move some of the ALL guild players over there to free up space in ALL?
3. Or create another ALL guild?
