Market price is now pretty stable

Market prices have filled in pretty much all throuought the market.

  • They represent the LAST sale for that particular card
  • However the are constrained between BID and LIST prices

We knew it would take a while to fill in all the prices in particular GOLD FOIL LEGENDARIES
But now for example in BETA all but one legendary has been purchased since this feature came out.

Don't expect the same from GFL Alphas as not a single one has been purchased since the release of MARKET PRICING ... thus we really don't know the value of those cards at the moment and have to go with the Bid which is pretty low.

As for gold foil alpha epics... only 2 of them have not been purchased since market pricing started so they're still going off the high bid price.

MARKET PRICE

Market price is pretty much what all other markets use to determine price/value of an asset... basically it's whatever the last sell of the card was. However because that could easily be gamed we limit it between bid and list price. For example we're not gonna value a gold foil red dragon at like $3 even though one was sold for that amount earlier this month... probably by mistake.

As you can see the market price is getting pretty up there and even close to list price.
Bids can still be pretty low for GOLD cards and pretty much any high cost and low volume cards.

Thanks for the rundown, I was wondering how price was determined day to day.

The percentage has an error that will be fixed in the next release but yep that's how the pricing is determined.
