Hey Monster Maniacs, This week's battle challenge on splinterlands is about using the Divine Sorceress, one of those cards that are pretty good but for some reason we don't see much in battles.

The Divine Sorceress, is a magic attack epic card that costs only 3 mana, it has a unique ability which is Divine Shield, this ability allows it to withstand any amount of damage the first time it is attacked, which can give it a very good advantage in certain circumstances.

Besides, as it is a reward edition card, we usually find it in the market at a quite affordable price, so there is no excuse for it not to be part of our collection, personally I use it very often when I have to use the white splinter.

The line up

  • Being a battle with enough mana to use I decided to use the Goblin Mech as a tank, thinking about its powerful attack and its shield which will serve me very well to support the earthquake.

  • In second position the Silvershield Warrior, will be able to carry out attacks thanks to its ability and a shield point to withstand the earthquake.

  • In third position the Armorsmith, to make repairs to the shields of the other characters.

  • One of my favorite cards, the Silvershield Assasin, while the Goblin Mech will be in charge of making a great damage in the front, this character will be in charge of the enemy rear, attacking monsters that possibly have Fliying and think to resist the earthquakes.

  • Then the Divine Sorceress, who will be in charge of bringing some magic attack to the team, her magic shield will make it stand the first earthquake without suffering a scratch.

  • And finally the Peacebringer, giving the team some more attacking power.

The strategy work?

Although it was not the best scenario for the Divine Sorceress, due to the Void ability of the Chain Golem and the Magic Reflect of the Prismatic Energy, the team in general worked very well, as always the Silvershield Assasin caused havoc in the enemy's rearguard and the Goblin Mech supported enough for the team to win, each element of the team contributed more or less to the achievement of the goal and the strategy works properly.

What do you think about it? Leave me your comment. See you in the game.

Whoa. I could be wrong. But it looked like the first round of 'earthquake' did zero damage to the Divine Sorceress! That was huge! And yes, the Assassin comes to the party to assassinate. #leavenosurvivors
