Very new to this, trying to figure out things. What is the price of DEC used for the pool? I tried 1,000,000 DEC and uniswap is asking for 2.76 ETH. That is much more than $0.00082 on hive engine?

That'll happen when liquidity is still light. It's called price slippage. I'd explore TronTrade and HiveEngine as alternatives and divide up your purchase that way.
