Anyone that invests in splinterlands for mostly monetary reasons is probably cringing right now. There is a glut of cards on the market as it is. That's while the current set (still for sale btw) is priced 75%+ lower than pack price when you sell it card by card.
My dudes, I can buy a blow-up doll and resell it for more than 25% the intial price.
Isn't it great, how these are 'reward cards'? They're rewarding the BOT army and multi-account by inflating the asset pool = making your 'investment' worth less.
Does anyone who is serious about this game think these cards are necessary right now? No one serious about the game thinks so, I'd wager.
That guy with 60 bot accounts loves it though. Since he has 60 accounts, it wouldn't be far fetched to immagine the 20 posters here are all him too! Such shill posting would surely be allowed by splinterlands ethic standards.
Do you think that oldschool yugioh/MtG/pokemon cards would be worth thousands if nothing new was ever added and people lost interest in those games?
