Splinterlands Battle - A Battle with SAND WORM.

I'm attending the weekly battle challenge of splinterlands.
This week's theme is SAND WORM.

SAND WORM is a monster of neutral splinter. This is a monster with melee attack.

This can level up to level 10 with 400 cards.

Power: This is a nice card with 5 melee attack, 1 speed, 5 health in level 1.

Abilities: It has an ability named sneak in level 1; another ability named snare in level 6 and another ability named piercing in level 10.

Sneak Ability: Targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

This ability can be found at level 1.

Snare Ability: When attacking enemies with flying, removes the flying ability and cannot miss.

This ability can be found at level 6.

Piercing Ability: If melee or ranged attack damage is in excess of the target's armor, the remainder will damage the target's health.

This ability can be found at level 10.

Battle Detail:
I played with life monster team.

It was a battle of total 28 mana with one rule and that is-
Standard: No modification to the standard game play rules and mechanics.

My Battle

• Round 01
  
  Death elemental of my enemy team attacked first and that first attack was on shieldbearer of my team and it took off one health of the shieldbearer.
  Then twisted jester of my enemy team attacked second and attack was on shieldbearer of my team again and it took off two armor of the shieldbearer.
  Then luminous eagle of my team attacked mantoid of my enemy team and that attack took off the armor of that mantoid.
  Then shieldbearer of my team attacked mantoid of my enemy team and that attack took off two health of that mantoid.
  Then dark astronomer of my enemy team attacked shieldbearer of my team and it took off two armor of the shieldbearer.
  Then after herbalist of my team took off one health of mantoid of my enemy team, horny toad of my enemy team attacked and took off the remaining armor of shieldbearer of my team.
  Then sand worm of my team attacked last and that attack took off entire armor of dark astronomer of enemy team.
  The first round got ended like this. No monster died in this round.

• Round 02
  
  First death elemental and second twisted jester of enemy monster team attacked shieldbearer of my team and took off total three health of that shieldbearer.
  Then luminous eagle of my team attacked mantoid of my enemy team and that mantoid got killed.
  Then shieldbearer of my team attacked horny toad of my enemy team and took off the armor of that horny toad.
  Then dark astronomer of my enemy team attacked shieldbearer of my team and took off two health of that shieldbearer.
  Then herbalist of my team attacked horny toad of my enemy team and took off one health of that horny toad and then that horny toad attacked shieldbearer of my team and took off one health.
  Then sand worm of my team attacked dark astronomer of my enemy team and that dark astronomer got killed.
  The second round got ended like this. Two monsters of enemy team died in this round.

• Round 03
  
  First death elemental and second twisted jester of enemy monster team attacked shieldbearer of my team and the shieldbearer got killed.
  Then luminous eagle of my team attacked horny toad of my enemy team and that horny toad got killed.
  Then herbalist of my team attacked and took off the armor of death elemental of my enemy team and then sand worm of my team attacked and took off the armor of twisted jester of my enemy team.
  The third round got ended like this. One monster of my team and one monster of my enemy team died in this round.

• Round 04
  
  Death elemental of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of shieldbearer of my team and then twisted jester of my enemy team attacked and took off the armor of herbalist of my team.
  Then luminous eagle of my team attacked death elemental of my enemy team and that death elemental got killed.
  Then herbalist of my team attacked and took off the armor of animated corpse of enemy team and then that animated corpse attacked and missed.
  Then sand worm of my team attacked and missed.
  The fourth round got ended like this. One monster of my team and one monster of my enemy team died in this round.

• Round 05
  
  Twisted jester of enemy team attacked herbalist of my team and that herbalist got killed.
  Then luminous eagle of my team attacked and took off two health of animated corpse of enemy team and then that animated corpse attacked and missed.
  Then sand worm of my team attacked twisted jester of enemy team and that twisted jester got killed.
  The fifth round got ended like this. One monster of my team and one monster of my enemy team died in this round.

• Round 06
  
  First luminous eagle and then sand worm of my team attacked the last monster of enemy team and that enemy monster got killed.
  The sixth round got ended like this. Last monster of my enemy team died in this round.

It has three abilities which are-

Taunt: All enemy monsters target this monster (if they're able to).

Shield: Reduced damage from melee and ranged attacks.

Return Fire: When hit with a ranged attack, monsters with return fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker.

ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: REACH & FLYING AT LEVEL 1, KNOCK OUT AT LEVEL 5, SHATTER AT LEVEL 8.

This is a life monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (2), Speed (3), Health (5).

It has four abilities which are-

Reach: Melee attack monsters with this ability can attack from the second position.

Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have the flying ability.

Knock Out: Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.

Shatter: Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from monsters with shatter.

Triage Ability: Heals the friendly back-line monster that has taken the most damage.

Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?

Yes my strategy worked nicely and I might try similar monsters with nice powers next time when I do some battle.
