SPT can be earned on any topic created on the HIVE network providing that topic uses the tag SPT and is about the game Splinterlands. All topics created from the site Splintertalk will earn SPT tokens.

Splinterlands is a digital card game created by @aggroed and @yabapmatt. Tournaments and Rank Play are already being played that have prizes being offered in them which have real monetary value. You can get started with investing in or playing Splinterlands by clicking here.

What can I do with SPT

The SPT token can be turned into SPT Power which allows content curators to give bigger rewards (SPT Tokens) to authors who create content about the Splinterlands game. The more SPT a person has staked the more SPT rewards that person can give with an upvote. SPT can also be sold/traded on the exchange Hive-Engine. Holding SPT will also include you in a year long airdrop that is scheduled to take place sometime this month (July/2021).

Yes, I said the magic word airdrop. Holding Splinterlands assets will include you in the upcoming airdrop. No-one knows an exact day this airdrop is to start but its not a standard one claim airdrop. MonsterCrusher is a curation account for the SPT Tribe. We also encourage posters to use the BATTLE tag on all SPT content. Currently all upvotes are done manually but the eventual plan is to give auto upvotes to those who make it on our list of approved content creators. Support for the SPT token

MonsterCrusher plans on using all liquid HIVE/HBD earned from any of its post created on the HIVE Network to purchase SPT tokens directly from the Hive-Engine exchange. From time to time we will also purchase the BATTLE token. In the future we might look at purchasing SPT in private sales but for now we will be buying directly from the Hive-Engine Market.
