It is a good idea. I am not interested in playing the account. However, I would like to ask how the dec et cards will go to the account player after the second season.

The winner gets the posting key for the account and the account is set up so that cards and DEC can be transferred with the posting key from within the game.
Alternatively, I can do a bulk transfer and clear out the account at the end of the 2nd season.
