I've been playing around with Market Maker, but I just started and haven't gotten the hang of it yet. It feels like a good place to start because it's all on hive so no gas fees and there's a lot of really cheap tokens to play with to learn without needing a huge investment. It's one of aggroed's projects and cryptomancer wrote a really good post on it with a bit of a tutorial and linked all the docs for it.
