A New season has begun at Splinterlands! And my first match of the new season was a close one. I went with the Fire Splinter this time, picking Pyre as my summoner...

...This gave my cards a boost of +1 to their speed. This boost would prove crucial in this battle. The rest of my lineup was as follows: I used Living Lava for my tank(first position), a Horny Toad in my second spot, and the Serpentine Spy for my final card...
