Steem Monsters Unexpected Rewards

I participated in the Steem Monsters Kickstarter campaign with $1000, and now it was time for me to claim the Chain Golem cards:

Totally unexpected was the number of received cards... According to the campaign details, I expected to receive cards for a max level standard foil, and for a max level gold foil. What I did not expected was that the new cards are part of the Untamed Expansion, where much less cards are needed to level up. The result is that I have enough cards for two max level standard foil cards. I already upgraded the gold foil Chain Golem, but I'm still in doubt about what to do with the common cards...

Another unexpected gift was a bunch of Essence Orbs:

I'm totally overwhelmed with the gifts from the Kickstarter campaign. I need some time to understand all the new cards, and hopefully to get ready for the Champion League!

We are looking for posts that WOW us, and especially those SHARED to other social media.
This doesn't do much for a brand new person. While it's cool that you got the Chain Golem card, it would awesome to see a bit more information on the game. What is it? Why did you invest? How often do you play? Anything really. 😍
