What drives you?

With less of an incentive in terms of loot chests per collection power level, coming back to play Splinterlands is becoming a challenge.

There is the DEC for every won game, of course, but after this season I don't know if the rating will be equal to the league level or be retained as-is. If I can improve it regardless of league level, then maybe it will maintain the no. of DEC won per game.

So far, these are the winnings I have been collecting after the daily quests capped at Silver II.

Part of what kept me playing is the prospect of jumping up a level, which of course, meant better rewards.

Part of what drives me thus is the incentive/hope to bag more rewards, more than the sheer thrill of playing the game.

The new rules may thus end up being seen as unfair to smaller players with single accounts vs others with huge multiple accounts that get to play in higher leagues whether as bots or in person.
