Barking Spider: Is this card a good bet? - Splinterlands battle weekly challenge

Welcome to a new Battle weekly challenge ... The month of July arrived, we are still in a pandemic situation, at least in Venezuela. that's why we are still at home. 2020 is undoubtedly the most turbulent year I have ever lived. I don't know about you but I already want it to end. I will leave the introduction someday and go directly to the main theme that this time is Barking Spider

Barking spider

"These terrifying Spiders are typically found in the darker parts of the Splintral forests. Not only do they sometimes grow to the size of a whole chicken, but they emit a horrible barking sound all night long, as well as an unpleasant odor."

The first thing that comes to my mind when I see this spider is Aragog, Hagrid's pet spider from the Harry Potter universe. his eyes are really very similar. Have you noticed this similarity before? Although I think it is because all spiders are the same. But we all know that the best spider in the world is our good neighbor spider-man ... enough, it's time to get serious.

The battle qualities of this reward edition card of the green splinter with range attack are very limited. It is a common card after all. At level 6 she acquires the "Blind" ability which increases the probability of missing attacks from monsters with melee and ranged. I think at level 6, if it becomes a very useful card, but all depending on the type of strategy you have.

In particular, I still do not have the Barking Spider at level 6. Even though it is a reward card that you can practically receive daily for free, I still have not managed to reach that level because between level 4 to 6 you have to spend an excessive amount of cards and by the time you get to level 5 you don't get any improvement. I think selling or burning it would be the best. so you can improve your own game.

I don't usually use this monster often instead I prefer to play with another card that contributes more to the battle such as Spirit Shaman and I compare it with this card only because the Shaman is also a reward card.

Or in another scenario Earth Elemental is a better option than Barking Spider. Don't get me wrong, all the cards have their positive and negative sides.

From my perspective I would not say that Barking has many negative points, I prefer to believe that it is not the card that fits my style of play and therefore I cannot see its qualities to win a battle, Finding in other cards those characteristics that unfortunately this spider does not have. Although I must admit that the times I have used it has not disappointed me.
