Splinterlands - 40 cards as season reward for the first time
This season was a completely different experience. I think I did progress very well in this season. I made a lot of investment this season into this game. I was a little bit hesitant to invest so much money for some digital fluffy thing but when it is going to give some good return on investment, why not invest more. That was my thought and even though I was not very proactive like others, I did investments now and then and this season, I was able to invest a decent sum of currency into the game especially for the upgrade of my summoners.
As I have mentioned in the title, this is the very first time I'm getting 40 cards as my season rewards. I have not been able to reach Diamond league till now but the dream came true in this season. I have to definitely agree that my investment of time and money into this game was a major contributing factor. As it was 40 cards this time, my enthusiasm to open the quest rewards was very high.
I received the above cards from the quest reward. It was not very exciting to be honest because I got some very common cards high in numbers and some of the cards that I already have and never been using. I did receive some rare and epic cards in the quest rewards which is very good but one convincing reward is the gold foil card that I received. Good to see 2 gold foil cards in the season rewards. I hope I will be seeing some good DEC rewards and better card rewards in the future at least from the daily quest.

same as my rewards. Really poor for 40 cards and some useless gold cards from common. The Rewards from the daily quests before were much better than these from the League.

Yes that's what usually happens. Most of the time the daily quest rewards are far better than the season rewards.
