My investment in Splinterlands continues. Today I managed to upgrade some more cards. I'm still focusing on the Fire splinter cards. After I'm done and comfortable with Fire splinter cards, I will start focusing on other splinters. Currently, for the past 4 daily quests, I have been getting only Fire splinter as the daily splinter. I don't know if that is the reason but I feel that it will be first good to focus on upgrading my fire splinter first and then focus on other splinter cards.
When it comes to purchasing cards using STEEM or SBD, the monster market is very comfortable for me. For the past few days, I have been continuously using the Monster market to purchase the cards. Not that it is only because I get 3% cashback for my purchase, but it is also very comfortable to choose from all the cards available. The purchase options are also very simple and usable.
As the cards in Splinterland deck are always pegged to Dollar price, I think it is a good investment. Even in the future if the price of the cards is going to increase or decrease, it is going to be the same because it is pegged to Dollar price. That is another reason why purchasing the cards with DEC or STEEM or SBD is not going to be a big deal because it is all pegged to Dollar price.
I have now brought Flame Imp to level 5 and the advantage I get in using this card in the battle is that all the monsters will have increased speed in the battle with the level 5 of the card. This is really a great thing because, with Fire Splinter, there is so far no such card in my deck that gives me a speed boost.
I received the above rewards from the daily quest and surprisingly it is again Fire splinter for the next quest. This is the 4th time if I'm not wrong. I should say that I'm pretty lucky to have fire splinter as the daily quest splinter for me because my deck is currently strong with Fire splinter.
