Level 1 deck takes gold III ranking

I delegated my level 3 summoner deck to another account similar to herons and now only have a level 1 deck I play sometimes. Today I finished my daily quest and managed to push this account into Gold III as a result i got these reward cards. nothing terribly exciting cards wise but at least I hit Gold III. Next goal hit GOLD II.
