Splinterlands: A Quick Untamed AirDrop Result for The Gorlodon

In probably the quickest interval between AirDrops from the Untamed series in Splinterlands, the new Gorlodon card was revealed. The game is now down to the last set of packs which may be gone by the time I get to post this! The great news as most packs are being purchased by new players as the community continues to grow as more communities join our own.

My opportunities to get cards continues to drop with every AirDrop but luckily it was only an Epic and not Legendary so it makes it cheaper to complete the collection. Whereas in the past I was getting enough or close to enough to maximizing the level for the top tier Division, now it has become more difficult. I am grateful that the developers have now put in some guarantees as it helps take luck somewhat out of the equation for everyone even though it feels unlucky as I only got the minimum guaranteed and no gold foils.

I was dropped 44 which only put me two behind additional cards needed for a max level version. Also, once again, I did not have the luck to get any Gold Foil versions. This time, I did not wait to watch the market so bought the missing cards. I did not want them to get away from as some of the past Legendaries have. That was expensive to finally do recently so did not want to risk again. The market for cards have been at its healthiest point I have ever seen as demand is clearly outpacing the supply.

It is amazing how well the ecosystem is doing. Splinterlands continues to be my main focus when it comes to my Blockchain and Crypto endeavors. I have high expectations for its future and the trend of metrics seen only encourage me to participate more. While it takes resources to keep up, it is a fun process in all honesty. There are not many projects that enable us to engage at this level while waiting for the development and adoption. I look forward for more to come!
