Splinterlands: Untamed AirDrop Results for "The Cutest"

The prior AirDrop from the Untamed series in Splinterlands came much quicker than I would have expected. It seems that the recent hype in NFTs and the great job that the business team is doing on partnerships have continued to broaden the ecosystems exposure to users from other communities. Since Splinterlands is still relatively small, these pivots make a significant impact very quickly. Crypto prices remaining strong also helps as we have seen in the past.

The reveal mentioned the "cutest" card ever released (although my daughter may say otherwise) would be the newest Air Drop card. As more packs have been sold and since I have not participated in purchases as of late, my opportunities to get cards has come down substantially. Whereas in the past I was getting enough or close to enough to maximizing the level for the top tier Division, now it has become more difficult. I am grateful that the developers have now put in some guarantees as it helps take luck somewhat out of the equation for everyone.

Unfortunately, I was only dropped 6 which I believe was the guaranteed minimum for my account. That puts me behind by 5 additional cards for a max level version. I always let the market play out before buying my missing pieces but it was a mistake this time around. Prices have increased aggressively which are proving to make this acquisition quite expensive. However, I still believe that the card is still not a must to compete currently so I can wait a bit.

It is amazing how well the ecosystem is doing. Splinterlands continues to be my main focus when it comes to my Blockchain and Crypto endeavors. I have high expectations for its future and the trend of metrics seen only encourage me to participate more. While it takes resources to keep up, it is a fund process in all honesty. There are not many projects that enable us to engage at this level while waiting for the development and adoption. I look forward for more to come!
