How to play effectively

This manual is for:

• people who want to level effectively
• people who want to have 4 hours in the week to have rewards from the weekly chest
• people who are back in Splinterlands and want to level up quickly

When is the best day to level up?

The best day is the last day before a chest will open. In the last day, your competitors are far away and you will deal with the weak players easily.

If you want to play effectively, 24 - 12 hours before you get a chest.

What Element have I play?

My prefered element is Water and the second one is Earth. Why?

Water basic summoner has a bonus on Spell damage and there is for me the best Epic tank, who is great in every phase of your way up.

Earth has great healing potential, lowcost cards and good health. It´s great when you will play another type than Water and lowcost cards.

What Card is good to buy?

Frost Giant
The most important card in your deck is a great tank.
That's really impressive card:
For 7 Mana you will get 4/9 with a shield and on the second level you will get trample and 5 to attack and that is strong enough. That will be your basic card.

Level 3 Water Elemental
has for 5 MANA 3/5 and 5 speed and healing! That is a combination of great dmg, speed and heal for a good price. Must have!

Ruler of the Seas
For 6 mana you will get 2/5 with magic attack and BLAST. Where is the magic?
If you play with Water summoner you will get +1 on the magic attack and your blast will do 2 DMG! That is devastating! Your best AOE and DMGer.

Pirate Archer
This is an awesome card!
For 2 Mana you will get 1/2 with BLAST, that is incredible!

Earth Element

This is our second choice, we will be playing it only if we must. Look on our basic cards:

Flesh Golem
Good health and healing in level 3.
Cheap card with 2/10, healing and good speed.

If you don´t have this card you can substitute it with Stone Golem with a shield.

Earth Elemental
For 3 Mana you will get 2/6 with healing! That´s a killer!

What next?

• Magi of the Forest: 4 mana, 2/3 with magic attack and 2 speed
• Goblin Sorcerer: 3 mana, 1/2 with magic attack and 2 speed
• Wood Nymph level 3: 4 mana, 1/3 with magic attack and 2 speed

On the Earth element I will aim later, because it´s our second choice.

How to play it?

Steemmonsters has a lots of different rules but in the basic we have:

• low mana cap x hight mana cap
• no legendaries x any cards
• lot´s of special events

Low and Hight mana cap

In low mana cap try to play with Frost Giant + Water Elemental/Rules of the Seas.

I prefer Water Elemental, because it has healing.

If you can use Pirate Archer too.

Hight mana cap

Frost Giant + Water Elemental in the second place and Rules of the Seas in the third + then Pirate Archer and any cards you can play.

No Legendaries

If you can´t use Frost Giant, use Goblin Tech. It´s a great card in level especially on a higher level and it´s really common.

Yes, I know. It´s expensive on mana cost, but it´s a very good card because it has piercing. 5/8 with 6 armour, piercing and 3 speed is fuc*ing good!
