I should have invested my money into cryptocurrency in 2009/10. I was really close. I mean I had withdraw my money from work and savings to put either in crypto or stocks. I decided the latter and the rest is history. FML...

I feel you brother but low stress and good sleep can be a lot more healthy than weight
There are a lot of things my doctor will tell you I should have done differently. But, I have no regrets because I have enjoyed my life.
enjoyment can cancel out most regret.

I hope I won't look back at anything and say "I should have". I'm hoping I'll be remembering all the good things.
But, not being on my deathbed, I agree that worry is a total waste of time. 😁
Explained to certain people how grateful I am to have had them in my life.
