Well I used to be scared to use my mic in online games because I used to have a really squeky voice

My voice is still fucking squeky but I don't care anymore

Public speaking. I did a stand up comedy course last year and it fixed a lot of it.

I am still scared of things I was scared of in the past. Currently afraid of losing my job since the virus is shutting down business and slowing people interactions. This is hurting my bottom line. Not to mention stock market crashing fastest in history.
