Travelgirl's Gameplay Strategy Change on Splinterlands

Hi Everyone,

I have just over 1 week of leave before going back to work. During this time apart from Christmas and New Year celebrations, I have been thinking about how I can work myself up the rank and the only way I have a chance now is by using Daria Dragonscale. My other splinters are mostly Alphas on level 6 and to upgrade them will cost me a fortune. Not only 1 or 2 cards I need but plenty of them.

At the moment, I have a level 5 Daria which is acceptable to continue playing up the rank after Diamond 3 or 2 even. With the combination of the cards under my dragon team and other splinters, I may have a chance to move up to Diamond 1 if I play my game well as well as luck. There are a number of cards I am keeping an eye out for but it will take time to level them up to the level I want them to be and of course, spend some money on it.

With the combination of the new Untamed cards and the introduction of some new reward cards, there are so many ways to put your teams together and I probably don't need to spend too much to get the same result. Please leave me a comment on any strategy on how to move up or what cards you recommend on your teams. I probably can use those to my usual lineup and improve this season.

You could also think about selling the alphas for max level betas summoners. Betas are still less costly. Only if you really want to move up in ranking.

Although I like your strategy. Maxing out daria is very doable without changing much of the deck.

You lose a lot of daily quest rewards by moving up with a single splinter this early in the season. I'd stay where you are, collecting those dailies with your different coloured Alpha summoners, then make a dash up the rankings as hard as you can in the last day, with Daria.
