You will receive an sbi vote for life, depending how many shares you own. Go to @steembasicincome and in a comment on any one of their posts type in- !sbi status
You will see how many shares you own. Of course, the more shares you have, the bigger your vote from them. When the price of Steem goes up, so will their vote. I think it is a great investment in the future. When I buy a share for myself I must give away a share. I love the whole concept

It's easy to buy more shares for yourself. Go to your wallet, then 'transfer' to steembasicincome and put in how much Steem you want to spend. In the memo line put in the user name of the person you want to get a share. If you buy 3 shares you can put in 3 names, separated by commas. If you buy 20 shares and put two names on the memo line they will each get 10.
