Reply to Max level cards are profitable or not ?

If you're only worried about selling them, it makes sense to keep them seperated and sell them off individually. People who want to buy max level cards are rare and probably want to pay less per BCX than someone who is just buying one card. It's a good idea to combine them if you want to earn by playing, though. I suppose it all depends!
