Bozzlife: Another Splinterlands end of season post
I am really starting to regret spending the DEC on that 50% Legendary potion right about now. I think it has netted me a total of maybe one or two legendary cards the full time I have had it.
The rewards from my wife's account without a potion have been far better than my rewards. Here is a great example:
See the picture above? That was the first set of ten cards from the twenty two she got at the end of last season.
Looking good already a legendary black dragon. I would have been happy if she had just gotten that.
Then I flipped her second set of ten cards and what do you know? Another legendary! This time a Lord Arianthus to add to my collection. Her last two cards were pretty normal with one of them being that epic life sorceress.
I think you would be hard pressed to find anything to complain about with that 22 card turn. Especially given the fact that she was using zero potions.
Having her season rewards out of the way, it was time to move along to my main account. I was pretty excited, I finished a bit above her in the last season and that meant I got to flip over 26 cards.
Magic potion in hand (you know what I mean), I started to flip...
Okay to be fair, I did get a gold foil card, but beyond that, it was really just a whole bunch of nothing. No big deal though, I have sixteen more cards to flip...
I can get a little excited about another Divine Sorceress, I have actually been using her more than I used to, but really this flip was another gigantic bust.

Seriously? That's all you've got for me. A lot of you might be too young to remember, but there used to be this old commercial on TV:
This is exactly what I feel like doing with my "enhanced" legendary potion if I could. Don't get me wrong, I've been on the Discord and I have seen the numbers concerning how much it actually improves your chance of getting a legendary card, but COME ON, GIVE ME SOMETHING!
Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any of the legendary potions from here on out. I might try one of the gold foil potions, but I still haven't decided yet.

I did try the legendary potions once and probably got the worse cards I have ever got I too had no luck and wont be spending dec on it again

Yeah, I am not at all impressed. I have heard a lot of similar comments from other people.

I wish! I play the account for her. She could really care less. It's nice to be able to have two accounts to share cards and focus on different splinters.
