VP consumes even after payout

This is a critical bug on Scotbot. Note that due to my report on GH and Steemit, the PO fixed the bug already, as you can see here: https://steemit.com/scot/@blockchainstudio/re-holger80-update-for-scotbot-allowed-vote-window-can-be-limited-and-post-can-be-promoted-by-token-transfers-20190528t182126270z

So you can't see the bug anymore. Thank holger80 for fixing this serious bug very quick.

Expected behavior

  • SCOT VP shouldn't consume for a post that's already paid out.

Actual behavior

  • SCOT VP consume even for a post that's already paid out.

But VP decreases. This is also inconsistent with Steem.

Considering that the vote value of many users of SCOT is quite high, this bug is very critical and should be fixed asap.

How to reproduce

  • Check SCOT VP before voting.
  • Vote on a post that has been already paid out.
  • Check SCOT VP again.
  • Browser/App version: Any
  • Operating system: Any
