[스몬 Q&A] 달팽이 배틀룰 상황에서 CREEPING OOZE 카드는 득인가요 실인가요?

오늘 스팀 몬스터를 생각을 하다가 갑자기! 불현듯! 궁금한게 하나 생겼습니다. 전 왠만하면 배틀중에 상대방 속도를 늦추는 초록색 슬라임 카드(CREEPING OOZE)를 사용하려고 합니다. 혹시나 이름으로는 모르는 분들이라면 아래 카드입니다.

배틀룰 별로 신경안쓰고 무조건 초록슬라임을 사용했는데 생각해보니 달팽이룰에서도 쓰는게 맞는 카드인가? 라는 생각이 들더라구요. 달팽이룰 다들 아시죠?

느린 카드가 선공을 하게되는 이 룰에서 CREEPING OOZE 카드를 사용하게 되면 상대방 속도능력을 낮출텐데...그럼 달팽이룰 상황에서는 상대를 더 유리하게 만드는건가? 이런 생각이 들더라구요. 혹시 이것에 대한 답을 아시는 분 이 초보를 위해 알려주세요~~
