# SPS Report is BACK! Thanks Kiokizz! - Splinter Stats Ranked Rewards Season 46 Report Card

Very, very excited to see the SPS Report is back... I think I'll have a couple of seasons missing, but am very excited to continue this trend, especially with the SPS Ranked Rewards increasing.
It's been a crazy few weeks for me and will likely be a crazy month, and then after that hopefully life will settle down a bit, so I haven't been playing my daily Splinterlands games. This report is actually from Season 46 which finished way back on April 30th.
A few things have happened since then... the Halving event finished and the Glint Shop draws have changed. I feel like every report card there is some big change I'm excited about.
The Halving event went extremely well for me. I mentioned in the last report, Season 45 that I couldn't afford both cards on offer but was able to purchase a maxed legendary Baron Fyatt, which got me the following position on the ladder, but also the following prizes:
I WON A RUNI!
This is amazing.
Baron Fyatt cost 31,250 per card, so for 11 cards that cost me 343,750 DEC (~ $244.21 USD). I could potentially sell this maxed card for around $100 USD... and the Runi that I got is probably valued $355 (and the Azmare at $10) so I've essentially got around $460 USD in value from my $244 purchase... which is very exciting!
Of course, all that could change at the whims of the market, and it doesn't matter because I'm not looking to sell anything (Runi is going to work one of my Land plots) but it's just exciting. For the last big event, the DEC burn, I burnt a lot and ended up with prizes worth about $50, so this helps.

Very happy with my performance this season!
I feel like it's been years since I've been in Champion II so this was really exciting to hit! This is where I always used to hang out before Chaos Legion dropped, so it's great to be home again. Pretty happy with hitting Gold I in Modern.
I'm still trying to get into Champs in both, but Modern is still such a hard slog for me.
I'm surprised that my Win/Loss ratio was still above 1 in Modern because I definitely felt like I was just losing all the time... that Win/Loss record for Wild is bonkers. I do not know how that happened.

I actually put in a ton of effort to hit around 250K glint because I really wanted to compare 250K worth of Elite Random Draws compared to the 230K worth of Veteran Random Draws last season.... and I got there:

BUT... the update to remove the Random Draws went into today and I totally missed out.
They've now been replaced with the Loot Chests, which is great AND exciting, but I did like the random draws that just focused on cards.
So I guess now the question for me is... is my 250K glint better spent on 40(ish)Epic Draws, 10 Legendary Draws, 500 Major Chests, 100 Ultimate Chests or a mixture?
I honestly don't know which is best.
With all the Veteran Draws I got in Season 45 I got 249 Common, 36 Rare, 3 Epic, 1 GF Common = 289 cards overall.
In Season 44 I got 320 cards... with 6 being epic and 7 of those being legendary.
So I could just buy 10 legendary cards and not use any potions and that'd be amazing, but I'd only get 10 cards, not hundreds.
I have 2,918 Legendary potions and 2,837 Alchemy potions... so I've got enough for the moment, whatever I decide...
Alright, screw it... I go 100 Ultimate Chests to see what happens. This post says if I use potions I'll have a 6.4% chance of getting a legendary, so let's go!
(The reason I'm doing it now is because the shop will restock in 14 hours... so I don't want to screw myself for next season with the batches, etc)
Out of 100 Ultimate Chests, I got:

110 Energy (which I guess means I'm not replenishing energy for a really long time)
48,443 Merits (Wow, that's 24 Gladius packs)
142 Alchemy potions
90 Legendary potions

So no Jackpots, and I guess from 100 chests, getting 1 jackpot is about on odds.
197 cards all up, obviously not as good my Veteran draws of 289 cards or my 51 Champion chests with 320 cards. Happy with the 3 legendries.
I just purchased 29 Gladius packs and got:

Common Gold Foil : 1
Rare: 38
Epic: 7
Legendary: 3
WOW! As someone who still needs a lot of work on Gladius cards (only around 30-40% across all rarities) this is AMAZING! Very, very excited by this.
When you add in the Gladius cards I got 342 cards all up.

What more changes in the glint store, I had not noticed. I have just been pumping everything into rare draws trying to level up my summoners. I really need to scroll down more !LOL Over all the changes keep seeming positive to me and I am playing more than ever. Looks like you had a good season and those Ultimate chest look pretty tempting.

The Random Draws have been replaced with the Loot Chests.
I like the Loot Chests, especially trying to get a Jackpot (and getting lots of Merits for Gladius packs) but I don't really care about getting potions or energy. Personally.
I think essentially I used to be getting more stuff out of the old Loot Chests, but it's still exciting so I'm all for it!

What is hilarious to me is that I have never managed to get a Legendary Gladiator... I have opened a lot of backs and the Epics and GF cards come in and levelling up cards... but no legendaries...

The weird thing is... I'm not even sure the Legendary Gladiators are even the best cards.
I use Quora Towershead, Captain Katie and Katrelba Gobson 100 times more than I've used any of the Legendary Gladiators.
