I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with mango and banana drink. I hope you like it.

In the drink I made today, I used mango. Mango is a very popular and delicious fruit which is called the king of fruits. Its taste, aroma and nutritional value make it not only a delightful food but also very beneficial for health. Mango contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Vitamin A is very beneficial for the eyes. Vitamin C increases immunity. Vitamin E is good for skin and hair. Fiber aids in digestion. Potassium and magnesium are effective in protecting the heart. I like eating mango very much, so I thought of making this drink.

I have also used bananas and nuts in the drink. Bananas are also nuts but they are much more beneficial for our body. Banana is a very common and easily available fruit in our country. It is not only good in taste, but also full of various vitamins, minerals and fiber. Banana can be said to be a storehouse of natural energy. Eating bananas regularly keeps the body healthy, increases immunity and brings mental peace. Banana contains natural sugars such as glucose, fructose and sucrose. They provide quick energy to the body, so bananas are very useful after exercise or for breakfast. Diabetic patients should eat bananas in controlled quantities.

I have also used almonds in this drink. We all know more or less how beneficial almonds are for our body and health. Almonds contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, good fats, fiber and antioxidants, which benefit the body in many ways. The monounsaturated fats and antioxidants in almonds reduce the risk of heart disease. If someone drinks the water I made today for two days in two weeks, then various problems in their body will be solved and the body will produce a lot more nutrients. This drink is not only beneficial for the body, but it is also very delicious to eat.

How to make:-

Step 1

To make this delicious drink, I first took bananas. I first peeled all the bananas well.

Then I cut the three bananas together neatly with a knife. I cut the bananas into small pieces so that they would be easy to blend.

Then I cut the bananas into pieces and put them on a plate and set them aside. Now I will start the rest of the work to make the drink.

Now I will process the nuts. First I took several walnuts and chopped them into small pieces with a knife.

At this stage, I will cut the mango. For the mango cutter, I first washed the mango well. Then I cut it into very small pieces so that it would be easier to blend.

Now I will move on to the next step of making the drink. At this stage, I took the blender jug ​​to make the drink. Here, first I put the nicely cut mangoes.

After adding the mangoes to the blender jug, I will add the pre-cut bananas at this stage.

At this stage, I added the finely chopped almonds. After adding the almonds, I added a teaspoon of sugar according to my taste. One can use more or less here. But I added very little sugar here since both banana and mango are sweet. That is why even if I add less sugar here, the sweetness will be just right.

At this point I have put all the ingredients in the blender and I will now put the last ingredient in the blender. Now I will add a glass of water here.

And finally, the main thing to do is the blender. At this stage, I blended all the ingredients together and then served them in glasses.

And after I blended everything together, I served the drink in a glass to eat. And I added a piece of banana to the glass to make it look pretty. I think anything that looks pretty is also pretty to eat.

Not only is it more attractive to look at, but also more delicious to eat. And I made this drink for breakfast. I think breakfast should be absolutely healthy. Because if we want to be healthy, we have to eat healthy food, we have to eat food that nourishes the body. And that's why I always try to make drinks with different fruits for breakfast and have healthy drinks. I have one such recipe to share with you which is both healthy and delicious.
