Fate encounter

Today is Buddha's birthday, a day of joy, a day everyone is happy about, a day when everyone gets a day off, with lanterns flying everywhere, a day set aside for Buddha's birthday, also known as Vesak.

I am from the lineage of Gautama Buddha. I am left unknown to the world. Nobody knew I existed. Of course, I was living proof of the Buddha's power. I was also filled with ancient magic.

I am here on the streets of China, making sure nothing happens on my ancestor's birthday. This is also a way for me to experience fun and happiness and watch the glamorous streets of China.

I was walking around the streets, smiling, when I was hit by a guy. Looking up, I was shocked to see how handsome he looked. It was just as if the date had brought me hope.

Then I heard, “Get him.” Immediately, he ran away without looking back, and out of interest, I ran after him.

I kept telling myself, “This will be a great adventure.” I made sure my speed was in check and I did not exhibit any of my powers after running for some time until they finally caught up with him, but he got injured as he hit his left foot in a stone, which made him fall. He got injured along the way. They were about to torture him when I used my powers to save him and chased the guys away.

I looked at him and was unable to ask him what had happened because of the way I had fallen for him. I used my powers again to heal his left foot, and he was normal once more. He looked at me bewildered and asked me while stammering, “Wh…at… just… hap…pp…ened? Do you have some kind of power or what?” Oh! no…. I forgot I had revealed my powers to him without realizing it. “I should wipe his memory.”

"Don't even think of trying to wipe my memory,” he said. “How did he know I was going to wipe his memory?” I asked. “Fine, I won't. Can you keep a secret?” I told him about my powers, and he didn't seem shocked. He said, “Wow.” I asked him why he wasn't surprised, and he said, “It would be the least surprising thing I have seen today.”.

We went back to the streets of China to continue watching the people of China happily celebrate Buddha's birthday.

That was how I became friends with him.

We went back to my place together, and we both started talking to each other. We took care of nature together, and then we grew attached.

One day, we decided to go on a trip to the beach and have some fun. You can say we went to a fair. We decided to go to the renowned beach in China. Upon getting there, we played, we dived into the sea, we forgot about the outer world, and we played all sorts of games. Finally, when it was sunset, he said he wanted to go get the blankets and told me to wait for him.

After waiting for him for almost an hour, I felt like something was wrong when he didn't come back after a long while. I went searching for him, only to find his cap beside a car packed along the road. I was scared. “I hoped it wasn't what I was thinking," I said in fear.

“This isn't real, right?” I said to myself while tears dripped down my cheek. I followed the trail of how the fellow was dragged on the ground to a dilapidated building. At the door of the building, I saw his hand chain, which I had told him I cherished. This made me shout in dismay.

I fell into a frenzy immediately, and I started shaking seriously. My powers started reacting. The sky turned red. I felt strong with my hair stretched. I went after the culprits with anger.

I flung them out of the way in anger. He sustained some injuries, which I later healed with my powers. The two guys saw the way I behaved with them, and they could not wait to see the whole of me and instead fled into the thin air.

I hugged him. I was so scared that I thought he was going to die. Of course, I was an immortal who could never die.

I thought this trip would be a happy one. I wanted it to end happily. Why did this happen? Why? “Are you okay?” I asked with my eyes filled with tears. I was glad I found him at the right time. What would have happened if I had taken a minute more to get here?

Just the thought of him dying makes me feel distressed.

After that moment, we went back to the funfair just to relax and enjoy the rest of the moment together. Although I had a question to ask him.

“Can you tell me what is going on?”

He was feeling reluctant to answer, but finally, he broke the silence. “I have been chased by these people wrongly. I do not know what I have done. Maybe I have been mistaken for someone else. I don't even know them," Kelvin said.

“Don't worry, I have chased them out of your way forever. They will never draw closer to you ever again, I said as I hugged him closely. We had a nice day together, and he was so happy being with me.
