Good day, my beloved friends!

Today I'm here to tell you about another successful winning battle in #Splinterlands. It's going to be fantastic.

Lineup That I used for this battle.

  • The rule of this battle was "Standard" and mana limit was 18.

  • Link of the battle

But first, let me tell you about the creature I utilized in the fight.

1st Place

"CURSED WINDEKU" is a terrifying beast that dwells in the innermost woods. They go out at night to hunt. It murders his victims using heinous techniques. It starts by spraying its prey with a deadly fragrance. The prey is exhausted by the toxic fluid, and there is no way of knowing what should happen next. It consumes the prey alive after it becomes fully numb.

"CURSED WINDEKU" is a Rare Death monster whose battling techniques have won me over. To be honest, this creature is really powerful. It has 2 Melee power, but it can damage 4 times the quantity of armor or the Melee power hostile monster's health.

But how do "CURSED WINDEKU" do it?

Because of "Thorns" ability, this is the case. Yes, it deals 2 damage to the attacker after being hit by a Melee attacker. Even monsters with low speed, such as 1 or 2, occasionally miss their hits while attacking "CURSED WINDEKU".

2nd Place

"SILENT SHA-VI" Is a Rare Death monster that comes with 2 Melee attack power, 3 Speeds, and 5 Health. This monster is one kind of snake that is so dangerous, fastest, and a silent killer. I wanted to use this monster in this battle just because of its "Sneak" ability.

Now, what is the benefit of using a "Sneak" ability monster?

Monster with sneak ability always targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster. And that is really beneficial. Because most of the time we saw that opponent uses the powerful Ranged attack monster at the back of the row. So a monster with sneak ability targets those Ranged attack monsters or whatever power monster the opponent positioned in the last of the row.

3rd Place

This monster's preferred food is chicken. They are extremely frightening, and a single badger has been known to kill up to thirty hens in a single night's hunt.

"UNDEAD BADGER" Is a Rare Death monster that comes with 1 Melee attack power, 3 Speeds, and 1 Health. Well this monster is also a sneak ability monster. this monster is quite good to use in a battle because it cost very low mana.

4th Place

This common death monster "CURSED SLIMEBALL" is slimy, foul-smelling, and repulsive. It floats all across the Splinterlands and causes havoc. If this creature manages to get a hold of you, you'll be cleaning for ages in vain.

At level 1, It comes with 1 Melee attack power, 1 Speed, and 1 Health. I used this monster because after I select all those monsters, only 1 mana was left so I thought this would be the monster I have to use. I placed it very last position of the row so that if my opponent use any Sneak ability monster, that enemy monster will waste one of his attacks killing "CURSED SLIMEBALL"

Round 1

Summoners with diverse skills can be found in Splinterlands. Some of them can give all friendly monsters increased melee power. So, at the start of the battle, the summoner, who summons all of the monsters on the battlefield, bestow special abilities on all of the friendly creatures. I summoned the Dragon Summoner "DRAKE OF ARNAK", who bestows additional armor on all of my friendly monsters. You probably wouldn't believe it until you see how a single piece of armor may save a monster's life and aid in the victory of a battle. My opponent was summoning the Rare Death summoner "THADDIUS BROOD", who has the ability to decrease the health of all enemy creatures as well as their Magic attack power.

Both of us were using the same source of monsters, Death. But monsters were different. All of my monsters were Melee powered but the opponent use a variety of powered monsters. "CURSED WINDEKU" was the common monster among us. First my team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" attacked the enemy team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU". My team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" damaged 2 health of the enemy monster. when the enemy team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" tried to return back the damage because of its Thorns ability, that return attack only damage the armor, not the health. Next the enemy team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" attacked my team's monster and damaged two health. After that when my team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" returned back the damage, that directly hit the health.

Using Sneak ability monsters in a low mana cost battle is so helpful. Like in this match I used two Sneak ability monsters and they did absolutely fine. In terms of speed, they were above. So "SILENT SHA-VI" and "UNDEAD BADGER" attacked first. "UNDEAD BADGER" killed the last monster of the enemy row "CURSED SLIMEBALL". After that "SILENT SHA-VI" targeted another last monster of the enemy row "SOUL STRANGLER" that has only two health. So That snake killed him with a single hit. "SOUL STRANGLER" didn't get a chance of an attack on my monster.

But the Magic attack monster of the opponent team "LIFE SAPPER" was creating a bit of a threat for my team. This Rare Death source monster has the "Life Leech"(Monster's health increases each time it damages an enemy Monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.) ability. So each round, he was damaging one health of "CURSED WINDEKU" and gaining +1 health itself.

2nd Round

After the first round, "CURSED WINDEKU" from both teams were alive with 5 health. They both attacked each other at the beginning of round two and both of them damaged 4 health of each other. 2 Health damage was done by their Melee attack power and the rest of 2 health damage was done by their "Thorns" ability. It felt I was watching the repeat of round 1. Those two monsters "CURSED WINDEKU" fought each other. Then as the fastest monster, "SILENT SHA-VI" and "UNDEAD BADGER" attacked first on the Rare Death source monster "LIFE SAPPER". There was a total of 3 health damage from those two "Sneak" ability monsters of my team. "LIFE SAPPER" start the battle with 2 health and after round 1, that becomes 3. But that's ok because my monsters killed him very easily. It was a complete victory for me as 2 of the enemy monsters were only alive in this battle against 4 of my monsters.

3rd Round

At round 3, my victory became confirmed. The enemy team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" killed my team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" as it was alive with only 1 health. my team's monster "CURSED WINDEKU" killed the opponent's monster with its "Thorns" ability before it died. The last alive enemy monster "CARRION SHADE" didn't get a chance of attack in this whole battle. It was a Melee-powered monster that was placed in the 2nd position. Only Melee-powered monsters with "Reach" ability can attack from the 2nd position but "CARRION SHADE" don't have that ability. At round 3 it comes to the first position from where it could attack but due to low speed, before its attack chance came , my monsters killed it and yes, that was an easy win for me.
