Splinterlands Social Media Challenge - The Wands out Secret
Greetings to all Splinterlands warlocks, I am here once again, and I welcome you all to my blog as well, Today, I write to submit and share my entry to the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. This week we have a topic that goes by the theme "sharing your experience in the Splinterlands game". I will be sharing a battle with you guys, and I hope you guys are ready to read and learn from my strategy used in battling my opponents. Without much ado, let's dive into the topic straight forward.
Per the ruleset of the game, Magic attacks hit Armor before reducing Health. I used my account @abu78 to participate in this battle. I am currently playing in the Silver league of the Wild Format. Before I demonstrate the battle here, let's briefly examine the game's Ruleset.
Battle Ruleset

---|---|
Only magic monsters can be used in battle. | |
Monsters with the lowest Speed attack first and have the highest chance of evading attacks. |
Try to pick monsters with 1 speed because they have the best chance of evading Melee and Ranged attacks. Beware of monsters with Enrage and Last Stand, these abilities increase speed when activated

Summoner:
I chose the "THADDIUS BROOD summoner". It was a 42-mana game condition and I had to manage my card selection to suit that. I chose the THADDIUS BROOD summoner so that my opponent's monsters would have a decrease in health and magic attack. I added the Spirit Hoarder monsters so it restored my last-position monster's health. My team lineup comprised Djin Muirat, Magi of Chaos, Revealer, Venari Bonesmith, Spirit Hoarder, and Helheim Demon.
1st Position:
Djinn Muirat, this card has a weak magic ability. It is a 9-mana monster with a speed of 1, 0 melee attack damage, and 7 health with 4 armor protection.
Round 1:
First, all monsters took their effect from the summoner by reducing my opponent's monster's health and magic attack. My opponent's lineup comprised six monsters including the Void Dragon, Magi of Chaos, Chaos of Dragon, Scavo Technomancer, Venari Spellsmith, and Eelvin Mystic.
In the first round, the Venari Bonesmith from my lineup attacked first with the magic damage but wasn't able to cause damage to my opponent's monster health. Subsequent magic attacks were done and my last monster which had the taunt ability received the first round of attacks from my opponent's monsters. At the end of the round, no monster was eliminated from both sides.
Round 2:
In this round, as usual, the Venari Bonesmith monster attacked first but couldn't cause damage because of void ability that the first monster possesses.
With every monsters, attacked by magic, subsequent magic attack damages happened, and at the end of the round, I was able to eliminate the first monster in my opponent's lineup.
Round 3:
In this round, the same trend of attacks continued and at the end of the round, I was able to eliminate one monster while my opponent also eliminated one of mine.
Round 4 to 5:
Similar attacks trend happened and at the end of the fifth round, I was able to eliminate all my opponent's monsters.
That was how the battle ended and I emerged victorious. I hope that you have learned something new from this post.
