Opening the Glide Pack today

Opening the Glide Pack today was a great experience. I've opened packs times while playing Splinterlands but todays opening gave me a different feeling. I got some cards together that can be very important not for my collection but also for future battle strategies.

  • There's always a sense of excitement when opening a pack—what card will I get will I get a Rare will I get an Epic. Will I end up with just normal cards.

*. Todays results made it seem like the wait was worth it.

The first thing that caught my eye was the variety of unit cards in the pack.

The same pack doesn't just have cards of one type. Cards with different roles.

Some cards can act as tanks on the frontline some can deal damage from the backline. Some cards can also be used as supports.

This diversity is the fun of Splinterlands

It's not just about having cards but also about having the right combination of Splinterlands cards.

I really liked getting two copies of the Alfredo card

The advantage of getting copies of the same Alfredo card is that I can level up very easily.

This is very important for those who want to play Splinterlands for the term.

Because higher level cards mean stats, new abilities and additional advantages in battle.

So I see getting Alfredo as a very positive thing.

Then I also got two copies of Helmet Kharafax

This will also create opportunities to merge and make quality cards in the future.

Times we are happier if we get Rare or Epic cards but multiple copies of common or common cards can also be very valuable.

Because these types of cards are used the most in Splinterlands battles.

So there is no opportunity to look at these cards as small.

The Katrebla Gobson card also came in two

I found it quite interesting.

These types of Katrebla Gobson cards often work great in a Splinterlands ruleset.

Not every match is the same in Splinterlands.

Sometimes the mana cap is low melee only sometimes ranged is prohibited and sometimes speed becomes more important.

Then a certain card can turn the match around.

So besides the joy of getting cards I always think about which card to use in which Splinterlands situation.

Getting two copies of Whistling Damon is also quite satisfying

Because duplicate cards mean the opportunity to strengthen in the future.

In my opinion those who want to progress in Splinterlands do not just look at getting new cards but also look at duplicate cards.

Because in the end you have to merge to build a Splinterlands deck.

The interesting part of todays pack opening was getting the Epic card Gorth

The feeling of getting an Epic card is always different.

Because they don't come around often and many times they act as a game changer in Splinterlands battle.

Looking at Gorths stats it can be understood that it can be used as an unit.

Because of its high health it has the ability to survive.

In matches where it's necessary to survive for a long time this type of card can be very effective.

Another notable card is Palidon Rakk

As a card it has good potential.

Sometimes Rare cards don't come into discussion like Epic. In reality they play a huge role in winning Splinterlands matches.

Rare cards often give the value with the right summoner and the right lineup.

So I'm happy to get Palidon Rakk.

The Alva The Crusher card is also an addition

The card has a strong presence as its name suggests.

This type of unit usually works well in the line and can also attack well.

Cards that can be used as tanks or off-tanks are always needed in the Splinterlands deck.

The Witch of Warwick card is as unique as it looks

Its use can be strategic.

Sometimes there are cards that even though they don't directly deal damage can affect the match through special abilities.

In Splinterlands not all matches can be won with stats alone.

Abilities often make the difference.

That's why I'm giving this Witch of Warwick card importance.

The Hugo Strongsword card seems strong as its name suggests

Sword-type melee attacker cards are usually effective in close combat.

If the mana cap is good and the melee ruleset is favorable then such cards can play a role.

The Bertrol Gobson card has also come to my attention

Sometimes cards with mana costs are the most usable.

Because you can't take expensive cards in low mana matches and you can also use them as support units in high mana matches.

Balanced mana cost cards are always valuable.

Another good thing about this pack opening

is that it has cards of rarities.

Common Rare Epic—all all it has been a balanced opening.

Sometimes it feels disappointing to get Common and even if you get only a Rare there is not much excitement.

Todays opening had variety, which made the whole experience even better.

For me Splinterlands is not a game

but a journey of patience, planning and building a Splinterlands collection.

Each pack opening is a chapter in that journey.

Sometimes you get something sometimes you get ordinary results.

If you keep moving forward you eventually create a strong Splinterlands deck.

Todays Glide Pack opening has given me that confidence more.

can be combined and made stronger in the future.

Those who are new often think that only high rarity is enough.

In reality leveling up common and rare cards is often more effective than low level epics.

So I always see getting duplicates as a bonus.

Now my plan is to analyze which Splinterlands cards to upgrade

which to keep in the battle deck and which to hold based on market value.

In Splinterlands it's not about playing but also about making decisions.

When to upgrade, when to sell, when to hold—it’s all part of the Splinterlands strategy.

Todays Glide Pack opening can be said to be quite successful for me

I'm happy to get cards, multiple Rares and several duplicates.

New cards mean possibilities, new lineups, new hopes for Splinterlands victory.

Now it's just time to use them correctly.

These Splinterlands cards will perform well in the battles ahead

and my collection will become even stronger.

Todays pack opening reminded me again—a combination of luck, planning and patience is the real key to success, in Splinterlands.
