Your first Splinterlands Brawl?
With one of my Splinterlands accounts, I am a proud member of the newly created HE-Index guild. These days, we have our first brawl with this guild and it's the first brawl for most of us.
I made this tutorial mainly to help my teammates to know how to take part in this brawl but I'm sure there are a lot of first time brawlers that can profit from this video.
Taking part in brawl is actually getting more and more important in the game because there will be a SPS reward pool just for guild brawls. Therefore it's worth to get to know brawls and earn some experience and at the same time earn some merits to buy gladiator packs and crowns to develop your guild.

Brawls offer a totally new dimension to Splinterlands. It's fun but there is a learning curve :-)

Nice! Thanks for the video. I just watched it all the way through, and stopped and started a couple times to make sure I got it all.
Interesting callout: The higher level cards you have are scaled DOWN to the max level requirements (eg: fray 1 has a lvl 1 monster\summoner level cap).
Exactly, the fray that you join defines the max level of summoners and cards that you can play. Therefore it will be very important in the future to make sure that members play the fray that fits best their cards and their capacities.
Welp...I entered the first brawl for the Index Guild....
I'm sure I'll get my butt kicked LOL
But this is exciting for sure!
Let's not expect too much from the first brawl lol. The more we play the better we get as individuals but also as a team. We will need to optimize the distribution of the frays for example.

The more I learn the more I feel like at least at this point it makes more sense for me to be in this for the investment rather than the game play.
Haha, it's indeed linked to quite some learning and discovering. It's enjoyable but it takes quite some time to actually know how things work.

Yes, it does take quite a bit of time to understand how it all works. I am happy that the first and only card I have purchased so far is being rented and increasing in value.
