Almost all of the recent proposals issued by the Splinterlands had in common to actually try to give move use cases and value to Dark Energy Crystals. Why is that so important?

Great video, thanks for the explanations. Those are some good points. Man I missed out on buying DEC when it was so cheap... and now cards look cheap priced in DEC and not Hive.. i dont even think in Fiat anymore, just Hive.. Im totally confused! lol

Well, I believe that many cards are still quite cheap but with higher DEC prices the whole price fixing is getting a bit confusing :-). That's why we need a stable DEC price as well.

DEC has moved towards peg much quicker than I thought it would. I wonder if this is what we call the end of the bear market.

It doesn't make sense to burn DEC unless it's at or above the peg. So I do understand that they wish to push it up. However, I wonder if it's a good thing to keep rentals and other things in DEC or not. I guess it's more use cases and I am just used to using DEC to pay for things instead of SPS.

There are many things that should be put in question around the tokens of SL. In my opinion it would be good to make sure only to change one thing at a time to see the effects. At the moment it's like too much changes at once and that will make the results intransparent.

I agree. This wave of proposals could have been avoided. It's what I commented on one of the proposals. The demand for guild buildings when SPS rewards will be added, and later next year for land buildings should be more than enough, IMO, especially with the reduction of DEC inflation. We don't even need to drop the inflation for DEC LPs... A little ongoing inflation is helpful.

When I look at the post of @dalz today regarding the DEC supply, I see that in the last months, the supply growth has been very little when DEC LP were paying. I believe that sps for brawls is by far enough to reduce DEC supply.

Yep, I've seen the previous report on Splinterlands and to me, it seemed obvious from then that the inflation is very low now for DEC and that can be handled by using it where it is supposed to be used (for now guild buildings).
