Hola amigos de #hive y #alienart, espero estén teniendo una increíble semana, el día de hoy comparto con ustedes mi participación al concurso semanal de #splinterlands, y para esta semana decidí dibujar una de las nuevas cartas que han salido, escogiendo nada más y nada menos que a Pembrook Nymph, sin duda estos nuevos diseños son cultivadores, aunque la mayoría de los que vi tienen más relación con personajes acuáticos, y está cautivo mi atención ya que se asemeja como a una genio, pero marina.

Hello friends of #hive and #alienart, I hope you are having an incredible week, today I share with you my participation in the weekly #splinterlands contest, and for this week I decided to draw one of the new cards that have come out, choosing nothing more and nothing less than Pembrook Nymph, no doubt these new designs are cultivators, although most of the ones I saw are more related to aquatic characters, and this one captivated my attention as it resembles a genie, but marine.

Para la ilustración decidí que ésta emergiera de un torbellino de agua, por mi visión de su relación con un genio de la lámpara, además opté por hacer grandes a los peces de agua , como muestra de su increíble poder y dominio sobre dicho elemento. También en el fondo realice como si la gran movida giratoria sobre el agua hiciera que las olas compraran entre ellas causando estallidos, y para conservar su esencia misteriosa y mágica realice un cielo nocturno con tonos morados en vez de azules, para que le diera esa esencia de Maga o hechicera.

For the illustration I decided to make it emerge from a whirlpool of water, because of my vision of its relationship with a genie of the lamp, I also chose to make large water fish, as a sign of its incredible power and dominion over the element. Also in the background I made as if the great spinning movement on the water made the waves buy each other causing explosions, and to preserve its mysterious and magical essence I made a night sky with purple tones instead of blue, to give her that essence of Maga or sorceress.

Realice la pose del personaje con el lápiz digital azul, en una posición que pareciera que se elevará, después con el color morado procedí a realizar su vestimenta y facciones, además de las olas y el resto de los elementos.

I made the pose of the character with the blue digital pencil, in a position that seemed to be rising, then with the purple color I proceeded to make her clothes and features, as well as the waves and the rest of the elements.

Realice el trabajo de línea con la tinta dura y el color negro, después elimine las capas previas y procedí a realizar la base de color en el personaje.

I made the line work with the hard ink and the black color, then I eliminated the previous layers and proceeded to make the color based on the character.

Detalle la piel con el aerógrafo y aplique tonos oscuros y claros, después detalle la tela, como la falda y después detalle su corona y hombreras, dando la textura como si fuesen corales.

Detail the skin with the airbrush and apply dark and light tones, then detail the fabric, like the skirt and then detail her crown and shoulder pads, giving the texture as if they were coral.

Luego detalle sus partes metálicas y los caracoles de la corona y los otros accesorios. Detalle el cabello realizando volumen y brillo, para finalizar con sus cejas, ojos y bola.

Then detail her metallic parts and the snails of the crown and the other accessories. Detail the hair making volume and shine, to finish with her eyebrows, eyes and ball.

Aplique una base de color y después realice trazos con la acuarela de mezcla y la degrada con la acuarela de agua, para que obtuviera ese aspecto líquido y traslucido.

Apply a base of color and then make strokes with the watercolor mixture and degrade it with the watercolor water, to get that liquid and translucent appearance.

Para el fondo realice primero una base de agua con las acuarelas para que diera ese aspecto de estar salpicando, después realice el fondo nocturno estrellado, con el aerógrafo.

For the background I first made a water base with the watercolors to give that aspect of splashing, then I made the starry night background with the airbrush.

Esperó les haya gustado esta ilustración, me tomó siete horas y media realizarla, y me encantó mucho el resultado, en especial las olas, le da ese aspecto de dominio y poder, sin duda este concurso saca la creatividad a flote al momento de crear los fanarts, y nos maravillados con espectaculares creaciones de los distintos artistas que participan cada semana, los invito a visitar mi perfil 👉🏼@afa.hb03, donde diariamente comparto los distintos dibujos e ilustraciones, además del distinto material que realizo por encargos.
