No, it does not know how much a certain cards has cost back in time.

What i do for myself and in the tool you can enter the amount $ you have put into the game (in portfolio).

Then a red line will be added in you portfolio for tracking e.g.:

If you have these values already stored into excel you can simply edit the csv for historical data.
