Another 100 Million DEC Locked In The DAO

In this video, I cover how the end of the Conclave Arcana sale loaded up the DAO with even more DEC and reduced the circulating supply from the market. The number may actually be even higher than 100 million DEC due to the fact that many packs were being opened during this time and the sale wasn't yet completed at the time of recording the video. DEC did pop above 700 splintoshis briefly due to the spiked demand but has now settled back down to 650 splintoshis - still higher than it has been previously. Overall I thought the end of the Conclave Arcana sale achieved it's goal as a new design.
