Are Wild Format Earnings Not Enough?

In this video, I respond to some comments on my YouTube channel about the earnings in Wild Format not being high enough to justify paying for the season pass. This is something I haven't had to deal with for awhile as the amount of SPS I have staked and other passive income assets in the game like land/nodes easily pay for the 2000 DEC fee. Also, with DEC being as low as it is, we're talking about $0.50 per season. What has your experience been with this?
