Can Splinterlands Escape Boom Bust Cycles?

In this video, I discuss the recent boom bust cycle we saw in land resources following the launch of land cards. This prompted a bigger question of if Splinterlands - as a game that exists at the crossroads of crypto, NFTs, and TCGs - can smooth out over time and not be so volatile around the launches of new cards and features. This would help to make it seem like 'more of a game' rather than a crypto project, something that we have been moving towards over the past 4 years that I've been here.
